Information for vendors

Prospective vendors

We are always interested in quality dealers of minerals, fossils, gemstones, and gemstone jewelry. Vendor space is currently available in both indoor and outdoor sections.

Indoor vendors

•  $20.00 per table, limit of three.

•  Tables are provided (indoor dealers do not need to bring their own tables).

•  By reservation only. Contact Pete Stoeckel at minvamp@yahoo.com to reserve tables.

Outdoor vendors

•  $20.00 per space, which includes room for a vehicle and about two tables.

•  Tables are not provided (outdoor dealers must bring their own tables).

•  Outdoor space is limited, and given out on a first come, first served basis on the morning of the show.

Dealer set-up

Dealer setup is from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. The show officially opens at 8:30 AM.

Cancellations

If your plans change and you will not be able to attend, please notify Pete or Dane as soon as possible.
